　　经查，胡金木身为党员领导干部，丧失理想信念，背离初心使命，与他人串供，转移隐匿财物，对抗组织审查；违反中央八项规定精神，违规接受宴请、旅游活动、接待服务、家政服务安排，违规将周转房出租获利；不按照规定报告个人有关事项，在组织函询时不如实说明问题，利用职权在干部人事工作中为他人谋取利益，并非法收受财物；违规经商办企业，利用原职务影响力为亲友谋取利益；利用职务上的便利，为他人在信息化项目承揽、涉税事项处理、岗位调整等方面提供帮助，非法收受巨额财物。

　　胡金木严重违反党的政治纪律、中央八项规定精神、组织纪律和廉洁纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，情节严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经中共国家税务总局党委会议研究，决定给予胡金木开除党籍处分、按规定取消其享受的待遇；收缴其违纪违法所得；广东省监委将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物随案移送。
